Everyday Solutions

A strategic partner for foundations and philanthropic leaders navigating what comes next.

The best strategies don't sit on shelves. They live in the hands of the people doing the work – evolving as the landscape shifts, as teams grow, and as new questions emerge.

I partner with foundation leaders and philanthropic teams to build plans that breathe – and to strengthen the people and processes that bring them to life.

How We Work Together

Strategy

Whether you're developing a new strategic plan, refreshing an existing one, or adapting to a changing environment – I help you build a clear path forward that your team can actually use. Strategic plans should be living tools, not shelf documents.

Teams & Culture

Strong strategies need strong teams. I work with leaders to examine team structure, clarify roles, identify professional development needs, and design organizational processes that bring out the best in people.

Facilitation

From board meetings and staff retreats to multi-stakeholder convenings, I design and lead sessions that move groups from conversation to decision. Clear agendas, honest dialogue, and outcomes that stick.
